Marsha's Team, also known as "the team with Heart," is indeed a very caring team that is all about "First-Class" service beyond compare! We have a philosophy on our team that people come first, no matter what! Marsha Bryan

Marsha, as the Team Leader, covers every phase of the business and especially loves marketing properties. She works long, hard hours to ensure that the job gets done and gets done well. Having raised 2 children in Delta County & living & working in this community since 1983, she is very familiar with the schools, services, events, industries, area & people.

Gini Kendall

Gini basically runs the office for the MB team and coordinates all the ads, takes care of all the details, such as photos & info on the web, MLS, Realtor.com, etc., creates the brochures & keeps all the plates spinning. Gini can also cover any aspect of the business if Marsha is not available.

"I am nearly a life long resident of Colorado and spent a major portion of my life in the Denver area, specifically Arvada. My husband & I purchased our home in Cedaredge in Sept. 1997 (with RE/MAX Cedaredge) leaving our combined six children in the Denver area - - They were grown! Wayne & I have been married since 1988, have 5 grandchildren from 12 to brand new. We LOVE Cedaredge and the Western Slope!

I have been with Marsha for over 7 years and got my real estate license in 2003. Prior to working at RE/MAX I wrote and bid contracts for a major gas & electric utility, dispatched electric crews for Sturgeon Electric and was a service rep for Mountain Bell among other things. I'm conviced this is my LAST career change in this lifetime! I'm delighted to work with such a beautiful and caring group as the Marsha Bryan Team."

Nancy Wood

Nancy brings a wealth of experience to the team with her extensive knowledge of the area and long time experience in real estate related entities, such as, former Executive Officer of the Delta County Board of Realtors® and City and County Planning and Land Use, and we are thrilled to have her on the team. She is very anxious to work with you and find just the right property for you.

"My husband Jim and I have been residents of Delta County since 1995, and live on Redlands Mesa, high above the beautiful valleys below. I feel that every day of living on the Western Slope of Colorado is cause for celebration! My areas of expertise and interest cover the entire scope of this diverse county. I have 3 children and 5 grandchildren scattered across the country, but thankfully, the youngest little guy lives in Cedaredge! I am so very happy to be part of such a caring team as Marsha's Team, and I look forward to assisting YOU in finding the home of your dreams."

Ellen Ensley

Ellen specializes in working with buyers in their search for that special dream, but is also well trained to cover all aspects of the business when needed. She is a real "go-getter" when it comes to finding you that perfect property and also works very hard to make sure your home buying experience is a fun, smooth and happy one.

"I have lived in Western Colorado for nearly 30 years and now live in what is called the "North Fork Valley" of Delta County in the charming town of Paonia, where music, art and healthy food abound. I have 3 teenaged sons who also love the many attributes of this community. Besides helping people with real estate needs, one of my passions is "Alternative & Green" building methods, and I am currently creating a community project to 1)bring paper recycling to our area, 2)manufacture "green" building products, which also utilizes recycled materials, and 3)involve "at-risk" youth in a supportive atmosphere-3 great goals working together for a common purpose.

One of my other passions is music, which, years ago, allowed me the opportunity to travel with an international performing group - "Up With People." I am now fortunate enough to be in a local band, comprised of talented players who perform a variety of styles of music. While I have traveled to many places and experienced a lot of diversity in scenery, cuisine and climate, I must say I have never found a place that I have loved living as much as Western Colorado. I am grateful every day to be here and am looking forward to helping you find your special place in this paradise."
